Refund and Cancellation Policy

grobee is operated by MLabs Digital Private Limited. This policy covers every payment you make to grobee.
Report payments
Every phone number gets two free reports. A further report costs ₹20, including GST, and runs as soon as the payment is confirmed. Because the report is delivered straight away, report payments are not refundable. If a payment is taken but the report does not run, write to us and we will run it or refund you.
Advertising balance
- Money added to your grobee balance is not refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. It can only be used for advertising run by grobee for your business.
- You can stop any campaign at any time. Any unused balance stays in your account for future advertising.
- You are only charged for advertising that actually ran.
When we do refund
We refund unused balance only when:
- grobee cannot run ads for your business, for example because your category cannot be advertised or a platform will not accept your ads; or
- the law requires a refund.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Cancelling
There is no subscription and no fixed fee, so there is nothing to cancel. Pause or stop a campaign from your dashboard, or write to us. See also our Advertising Terms.
