Advertising Terms

These terms apply when grobee runs advertising for your business. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. grobee is operated by MLabs Digital Private Limited.

How it works

You add money to your grobee balance. You choose a daily budget, a start date and an end date (or choose to keep running). We set up the campaign on Google and, where agreed, Meta, and send the people who respond to your grobee page, where they can call you, message you on WhatsApp or send an enquiry. We charge your balance for the advertising that actually ran.

Your balance

• The amount you add is the amount shown in your balance. It includes GST, and we send you a GST invoice for every payment.
• Your balance can only be used for advertising run by grobee for your business. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
• What you pay covers the media cost, grobee's service and GST. The split between them is not shown in the dashboard; the invoice shows the tax.
• Each day you are charged only for advertising that ran that day, and never more than your daily budget. If a platform spends above your daily budget, grobee pays the difference.

Budgets and dates

• The minimum daily budget is ₹260, including GST. We show a recommended budget; a lower budget is allowed but results may be slow.
• A campaign starts tomorrow or later and runs for at least 7 days.
• A campaign with an end date needs the full amount in your balance before it starts. A campaign that keeps running needs at least 7 days of budget.
• Campaigns may be extended beyond the end date only with your balance and consent. A campaign stops automatically when its end date or your balance is reached.
• You can pause, stop or change the budget at any time. A new budget applies from the next day.

Review by grobee and by the platforms

Every campaign is reviewed by grobee and by the ad platform before it runs. We may refuse, change or pause any advertising that breaks the platforms' rules, the law, or our list of businesses we cannot advertise. Some categories, such as loans, insurance, trading, gambling, alcohol, prescription drugs, dating, jobs and property, cannot run ads through grobee. Their free page and enquiries keep working.

No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on your offer, your prices, your reviews, the competition and the platforms. We do not guarantee any number of enquiries, calls, sales or rankings. New campaigns usually take two to four weeks to settle.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, names, offers and claims you give us, and that your offer is true. We write the ad text from your page; you approve it before it runs.
