Who we are

grobee is operated by MLabs Digital Private Limited, a company registered in India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that company. You can reach us at any time at hello@grobee.ai.

What we collect

When you run a free report we collect the business you select from Google, your mobile number, and, if you choose to continue, your name, how your marketing is currently handled, what you need help with, an optional email address, and the time slot you pick. If you ask for a callback from our contact page we collect your name, your mobile number, and anything you choose to type into the message box. We also record which advertisement or link brought you here.

Where the report data comes from

The report is built from information Google already publishes about your business: your public Google Business Profile, Google's own search results for your category and area, Google Keyword Planner search volumes, and your public website if one is linked. We do not access your Google account, and we are not affiliated with Google.

How we use it

To generate your report, to contact you about the consultation or callback you asked for, and to improve how we advertise. We share hashed contact details with Meta and Google solely so that our own advertising can be measured. Those are one-way hashes and cannot be reversed to reach you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any other business.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run grobee: hosting and delivery, a database, a transactional email service, and an SMS provider for the one-time password that confirms your number. They process your data only on our instructions and only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Leads are retained for as long as we have an active commercial relationship with you, and for up to 24 months after your last contact with us. Report snapshots are deleted on the same schedule.

Your choices

Write to hello@grobee.ai at any time to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We action deletion requests within 30 days. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any point and we will.

Cookies

We use the Meta pixel and Google Analytics to measure which advertisements bring people here. You can block these with any standard browser setting or ad blocker, and the report works either way.

Children

grobee is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to anyone we hold an email address for.
