Shipping and Delivery Policy

grobee, operated by MLabs Digital Private Limited, is a digital service. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses.

When you get what you paid for

• Paid reports (₹20): the report runs as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and stays in your dashboard.
• Advertising balance: available in your dashboard right after the payment is confirmed.
• Invoices: a GST invoice is emailed to you and saved in your dashboard for every payment.

If something you paid for is not showing, write to hello@grobee.ai and we will sort it out.
