What to look at, and in what order

  1. Website views

Are people arriving at all? If this is flat, nobody is finding you. Work on Google and reviews, or run a visits campaign.

  2. Enquiries, calls and chats

Of the people arriving, how many got in touch? Views high and these low means the page is not convincing anyone. Add photos, prices and your team.

  3. Where enquiries came from

Google is free traffic. Campaigns is paid. Your website is people returning. Shared on WhatsApp is you sending the link out yourself.

  4. When they call

If most calls come in the evening and nobody is on the phone then, you are losing customers you have already paid for.

  5. Searches you show up for

Arrives once Google has been showing your website a few weeks. It tells you what people actually type to find a business like yours.
