Getting found in AI answers
People now ask an assistant instead of searching. Here is what makes you the answer.
Add your questions and answers on My Website.
Edit my websiteMore and more customers type “best dentist near Lajpat Nagar for root canal” into an AI assistant and get back three names and a reason.
You cannot pay to be in that answer. But the things that get you there are specific, and most businesses have none of them.
What an assistant is looking for
Plain answers to plain questions
Write the questions your customers actually ask, with the answer underneath. “How much does a root canal cost in Delhi?” “Does a root canal hurt?” An assistant can quote an answer. It cannot quote a brochure.
Specific services, named the way people say them
“Root canal treatment”, “braces for adults”, “teeth whitening”. Not “comprehensive oral care solutions”. An assistant matches words to words.
Your area, written out
Name the neighbourhoods and landmarks near you. That is how an assistant decides you are the one nearby.
Prices, or at least a range
A page that says “₹4,000 to ₹8,000 depending on the tooth” gets recommended over one that says “contact us for pricing”. Assistants avoid pages that answer nothing.
Who you are and how long you have been there
The names of your doctors, their qualifications, the year you opened. This is what an assistant uses to decide you are real and worth naming.
Reviews it can read
Assistants read what customers wrote, not only the star rating. A review saying “painless root canal, Dr Nair explained everything” is worth more than ten that say “good”.
The one thing to do this week
Being named in an AI answer works the same way as the map on Google: it rewards businesses that have genuinely filled in who they are, what they do and what it costs. There is no trick, which is exactly why most of your competitors will not bother.
